Can I return and get a refund for my purchase?
Due to the nature of products being for personal use on Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs, gift boxes and personalized items are NON REFUNDABLE. However if you ever have any issues with your purchase please email me within 30 days and I will do my best to win back your business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
You can however choose to exchange the item within 30 days for the same item if availability permits or you can exchange it for a different item in the store of the same value. As a token of appreciation for your business I will send you a return shipping label.
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your exchange item, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you will be sent a new item of your choice . Please remember it can take some time for the shipment to be received on our end and then shipped back to you.
What is your shipping like?
Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs highly encourages its customers to read its shipping policy. Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs will do its best to ship your purchases as fast as it can however due to the current CVOID 19 pandemic and delays from shipping carries there is a chance that your package may not arrive on the estimated date.
Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs recommends that its buyers DO NOT ship directly to hospitals as patient locations often change throughout their stay and it is highly likely that your purchase will get lost. If packages are shipped to hospital and or any patient facilities Well Wishes by Ashriya Designs will not be liable for any lost or damaged purchases.
Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-5 business days depending on availability of stock and shipping delays due to COVID 19 Pandemic. Tracking for your shipment will be provided at the time of checkout. Cost of shipping is determined by dimensions and weight of the package.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Shipping confirmation and tracking number for your package will be provided once your order has processed and shipped.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Well Wishes By Ashriya Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
